e begreetings folks! everyone i know is so exited about the new start to the footie season! yes, welcome again to another season long episode of drama, high tension,passion, commitment, big bucks and contracts, studs (as in the end of the footie shoes) and samba….the best that football has to offer. and not to forget, the sleepless nights, the booze parties, the late nights at mamaks, the endless debate on how the footie team should be managed, astro supersport, ESPN, proton(whoops, they’re in 1st division now…) and many other parables associated with the world’s official beautiful game.

well, as for me, being a certain red-eyed mancunian fan, its another season of gloating, boasting on how superior the team is, taunting even when the team is losing, all of the above except for the boozing part, and cheap replica jerseys which can be found throghout the country! and another season of exitement, craze, girlfriend-negligence(dot have one, but on behalf of the gang and millions of others), ball hugging(ehem….football people, football!) poster hunting, fantasy footie….

the list will just go on and on! as for now…

yippee! footie fever is back…and its gonna complement the futsal craze too!

okay, enough of footie for now. i’m gonna sign off. this is by far one of the worst days of my working life….been like voluntarily forced by ethics to stay back in the office from 6 pm to 7 am just so that i culd monitor the situation and report of any anomaly in the network systems. but hey, i’m still awake, and yeah…you guessed it alright…footie did help me to stay awake.
