another long night sitting at my desk…
greetings readers!
Sunday night’s the time to wind off to some nice soothing music, think the to the vibes of Elvis singing love me tender, or some meditative music, or just plain sleeping, catching up on some those delayed newspaper readings, a movie or two, some footy action on the telly. or you can sit in front of the PC and rot yourself to oblivion, just like me. its fun, try it sometime. it kills time so efficiently, you’ll be known as the time-assassin of the year.
on the bright side of things, hey, i managed to see a friend of mine whom I’ve always tried to see every time i go back in the weekends. it started with a an hour, then progressed to 45 minutes, then went on to 20 minutes, 10 minutes, then now, to top it off, a glimpse. an accidental meet. but you know, its meeting such as these that lingers on your mind throughout the next weekend. what can i say? tested? definitely. frustrated? we must all thank for the small perks that the Guy upstairs give once in a while (I’m not talking about your landlord laaaa).
its these small little moments that will take you back on a journey that’s called flashbacks and old time memory….just like a star wars movie with its signature "a long time ago in a galaxy far far away", these moments always starts with its own intro that says "back in the old days…" or "those days…". and it helps to fill the time that’s being slowly massacred to death.
sometimes, we all wonder, why meet such a person at this point of time? it all lies in time itself. when you’re ready to meet someone, you will meet em. then its up to you to do the following…you can either play it on and integrate them into your normal daily routine, then they become a normal passers by. or, you can opt to change your life and theirs, for good or latter, He decides. remember one more thing….
you hold the dice, you roll the dice, but you cant decide which faces up on the die.
nice try on the wisdom words part, anyway, I’d better sign off now. gotta continue my death match with time now…
